Width Are stitches counted and maintained consistently	INCOMPLETE Less than 70 percent of the scarf is of consistent width.	DEVELOPING 70 percent or more of these scarf is of consistent width.	COMPETENT 90 percent or more of the scarf is of consistent width.	SUPERIOR Stitches were counted and scarf is consistent width from beginning to end.
