Biography Project and Presentation Students are graded on creativity, presentation, participation, and written research
	Unacceptable 0 pts	Poor 5 pts	Fair 10 pts	Good 15 pts	Excellent 20 pts
Presentation Format	Unacceptable Student did not have a visual aid at all to accompany oral presentation.	Poor Student visual aid was present but appeared to be incomplete.	Fair Student visual aid met the minimum requirements for presentation. ( Powerpoint- text only; Poster Board - minimal pictures/ examples; no color)	Good Student visual aid met the all requirements for presentation, but was hard to see or hard to read.	Excellent Student work was well put together with many extras included. (Colored picture, vibrant colors, large title, easy to read and understand, full of information)
Written / Presentation Content	Unacceptable Student was unable to submit any written research and/or presentation.	Poor Student was able to submit the written research packet and/or presentation, but with parts missing from one, the other, or both.	Fair Student was able to submit the written research packet and/or presentation, but some information was inaccurate or incorrectly done.	Good Student was able to submit the written research packet and/or presentation, but with some spelling / grammatical errors.	Excellent Student submitted all required information for research, and all components were present and complete in both presentation and packet.
Printing Press Printable	Unacceptable Student was unable to submit a Printing Press printable.	Poor Student was able to submit the Printing Press printable, but with parts missing.	Fair Student was able to submit the Printing Press Printable, but some information was inaccurate or incorrectly done.	Good Student was able to submit the Printing Press printable, but with some spelling / grammatical errors.	Excellent Student submitted all required information and all components were present and complete in the Printing Press printable.
Overall Presentation	Unacceptable Student was unable to submit any written research and/or presentation.	Poor Student was hard to hear. Student spoke in a low voice throughout entire presentation.	Fair Student was easy to hear, but hard to understand. Student spoke to slow or too fast throughout the entire presentation.	Good Student was hard to hear or understand during some of the presentation, but the student was able to coorect his / her errors by the end of the presentation.	Excellent Student was both easy to hear and easy to understand during the entire presentation.
Creativity	Unacceptable Student was unable to submit any written research and/or presentation.	Poor Student did not use a creative approach at all when researching and presenting his / her person of interest.	Fair Student used a somewhat creative approach when researching and presenting his / her person of interest.	Good Student used an effective creative approach when researching and presenting his / her person of interest.	Excellent Student used a creative approach that exceeded all expectations when researching and presenting his / her person of interest.
