Puck Handling
Level 1
Student loses puck/ball off the stick often, and rarely moves
Level 2
Student keeps puck touching the stick
Level 3
Student keeps puck in center and can move along the floor keeping stick/puck contact,but can lose control at times.

Student keeps puck in center and can move along the floor keeping stick/puck contact
Stick Handling Technique
Level 1
Can not change direction without losing control of the puck/ball,as well move around
Level 2
Can control the puck enough to change direction

Keeps the puck in front while keeping head up and using short taps on the stick,although rare faltering can occur.

Keeps the puck in front while keeping head up and using short taps on the stick.
Passing/Shooting
Level 1
Never looks to pass, aimlessly shoots puck/ball down the floor,turns the puck/ball over
Level 2
Looks up while passing the puck, does not always go to target.
Level 3
Passes the puck to other teammates effectively,with an occasional turnover occurring.
Level 4
Passes the puck to other teammates effectively
Safety
Level 1
Continues to high stick even after warning
Continuously slides around and dives on the floor, rapid shoots puck/ball at schoolmates
Level 2
high sticks on occasion. Stays on feet most of the time, does not dangerously hit the ball
Level 3
May high stick once or twice but immediately fixes the problem and listens to criticism.
Level 4
Does not high stick. Always under control
Teamwork & Effort
Level 1
Does not follow rules and is not a good sport. Does not try. Constantly plays as individual and ignores classmates
Level 2
Tries to follow game rules but does not always display good sportsmanship.
Level 3
Follows most game rules and is a good sport. Tries hard during most activities.

Follows game rules and is a good sport. Always tries hard during activities.
