Organization How well organized the presenter is with the topic	Great The individual is organized and ready to get underway; the material is very well presented and in an organized fashion.	Good The individual is organized and ready for the presentation and understands concepts about their topic	Fair The individual is somewhat disorganized and not ready to explain the key concepts about their topic;
Enthusiasm How invested the individual is in the presentation	Great The individual is interested and very enthusiastic about the material they are presenting	Good The individual is interested in the topic and shows some enthusiasm	Fair The individual is not engaged in the presentation and does not seem to be interested in the topic
