Organization & Content	Below Proficient PSA is unclear in the message. PSA reflects little time or effort in organization. The tittle, Dialogue and other writing is difficult to read and does not make sense to the reader. Did not include and factual data.	Partially-Proficient PSA has a message, but is vague. Title and other writing is small and not easy to read. Could have put more effort into the organization part of the project. Some factual data evident.	Proficient PSA has a clear, readable message. with true/factual infomation. Title and other writing is easy to read and make sense. Great effort on organization.

Very appealing, with factual and/or relevant information. Can understand what concern is being addressed. Student knows project is a reflection of what was learned in class.
