All About Me-Parts of my Body To assess how much of the lesson each student understood.
	Poor 1 pts	Fair 2 pts	Good 3 pts
Identification Students can point to parts of their body when asked to identify them.	Poor Student was unable to point to any parts of the body when asked.	Fair Student was unable to point to 5 body parts without cuing provided by the teacher.	Good Student can independently identify 5 common body parts.
Recognition Student can recognize and identify parts of the body ewhen shown a picture.	Poor Student could not recognize any body part when shown a picture.	Fair Student was unable to recognize 5 body parts when shown a picture without cuing provided by the teacher.	Good Student could recognize 5 common body parts when shown a picture.
Participation Students level of participation and attentiveness during the course of the lesson (Read aloud and group activities)	Poor Student was not able to focus on lesson without constant guidance and redirection.	Fair Student required moderate support and supervision to focus on the lesson.	Good Student was able to focus on lesson and perform group activities with minimal guidance.
