Posture and Balance	Developing I am unable to properly demonstrate the posture with little balance and movement of the pose.	Effective I am able to demonstrate average execution of balance and movement of the pose.	Highly Effective I am able to exceptionally demonstrate proper balance, alignment, and movement of the pose.
Performance of Yoga Pose	Developing I lack certainty and understanding of my body while in a yoga pose . I am unable to effectively execute the pose.	Effective I have a moderate understanding of my body while in a yoga pose. I am able to effectively execute the pose with some confidence.	Highly Effective I have a full understanding of my body while in a yoga pose. I am highly confident while executing this pose .
