Able to define what it means to be a flexible thinker and demonstrate the understood hidden rules.	Partially Meets Standards Inconsistent use of coping strategies to demonstrate flexible thinking. Moderate support needed (1-2 prompts) with more cues than peers in setting. Defines what it means to be a flexible thinker and demonstrate the understood hidden rules.	Does Not Meet Standards Typically becomes down on himself and may make negative comments about the situation or ignore prompts to follow the direct and hidden rules. Needs 3 or more or prompts from staff to use coping strategies in order to participate. Does not define flexible thinking or hidden rules.
