Build a Model Home Design a solo home with following rooms: living room, dining room, kitchen, bathroom, hallway, bedroom(s),
	Excellent 15 pts	Good 10 pts	Fair 10 pts
Number of Rooms 40 pts The Model should incorporate at least the rooms listed above in Spanish.	Excellent The student uses all or more than rooms listed.	Good The student uses 4 or more different rooms listed.	Fair The student uses 3 or more different rooms listed.
Neatness 20 pts Neatness<BR> The house is neatly put together.	Excellent The student uses a ruler to measure the rooms and hallways in exact or accurate manner.	Good The students replica is accurate in all rooms, does not necessarily use a ruler to measure rooms.	Fair The student does not measure accurately, rooms are all without any type of ruler.
Decoration 10 pts Each room should be well decorated. Correct furniture will be in each room	Excellent The student decorated the house in a very nice manner, colorful, and had correct furniture/appliances in each room.	Good The student decorated the house to the minimal. Did use colors, used only a few pieces of furniture or appliances.	Fair Student did not incorporate any decoration nor did they use color or furniture or appliances.
