Content/Organization	Poor You did not include an introduction nor a conclusion. The content in the body of your talk or your information was presented in a confusing way.	Fair You used either an introduction or a conclusion> You presented most of the content in the body well and explained.	Excellent You used an introduction, body,and conclusion. You presented the content clearly and explained clearly giving details and examples.
Language	Poor You used unclear sentence structures, pronunciation and/or language.	Fair You used appropriate sentence structures, pronunciation and/or language that mostly supported the topic.	Excellent You used appropriate sentence structures, pronunciation and/or language that supported the topic.
Delivery	Poor Lack of eye contact, poor voice volume, tone and pacing. Inappropriate gestures and movement detracted from the presentation. Read most of the presentation.	Fair Some eye contact and good voice volume, tone and pacing. Appropriate gestures and movement supported the presentation. Referred to notes often, but did not read from them often.	Excellent Lots of appropriate eye contact. Great voice volume, tone and pacing. Hand gestures and body movement supported the presentation. Did not refer to notes, or only referred to them briefly.
