Accuracy of Movement Choices
Students must select the movements appropriate for their exercise and its place in the class structure

Movement choices were awkward or not in keeping with the standard for the exercise.

Movement choices were acceptable but could have been expanded in such a way as to have a clear purpose appropriate to the standard of the particular exercise.

Movement choices were acceptable, appropriate and served the general purpose of the exercise.

Musicality: Including Selection

Students must use correct ballet vocabulary including proper spelling and accents. Written document should be clear, easy to read and contain the details of the exercise.

Exercise is not delivered clearly and lacks details, proper counts and descriptions of arms. Class peers struggle to perform.

Exercise is delivered confidently including most details, with limited difficulty in count and descriptions of arms. Class peers understand and perform with some struggles or need to repeat.
Very Good

Exercise is delivered clearly including most details, with proper counts and descriptions of arms. Class peers understand and perform with few questions.
Excellent

Exercise is delivered clearly and concisely including all details, with proper counts and descriptions of arms. Class peers understand and perform without difficulty.
