Content	Exemplary Content is clear and concise. Ideas are logical and support the information.<BR> Information is accurate and current.<BR> Information is from primary sources.	Proficient Content is written with a logical progression of ideas.<BR> Information is from reliable sources.	Partly Proficient Content is vague when conveying information and does not have a strong sense of purpose.<BR> Sources appear unreliable.
Text	Exemplary Font is easy to read. Appropriate font size is used for headings and text.<BR> The background and text colors enhance the readability.	Proficient Font is sometimes easy to read. The background is busy and the color contrast makes it hard to read.	Partly Proficient Readability is difficult with lengthy paragraphs, dark or busy background, and many different fonts.
Layout	Exemplary The layout is visually pleasant with appropriate headings and subheadings.	Proficient The layout uses space appropriately.	Partly Proficient The layout appears cluttered and busy. The background is distracting.
