	Poor 25 pts	Fair 50 pts	Good 75 pts	Excellent 100 pts
Subject Matter 25%	Poor Students show very little understanding of the subject matter and thoroughly misinterprets the requirements for the class.	Fair Students show some understanding of the subject matter but confusion is evident in some aspects of the proposal or plan.	Good Students show an understanding of the subject matter and it is evident in the execution of the proposal or plan.	Excellent Students show a deep understanding of the subject matter and its greater implications. Proposal or plan shows integration of some advanced or researched concepts.
Academic Content 20%	Poor Little to no subject matter content.	Fair Addresses few issues related to subject matter	Good Addresses some issues related to subject matter.	Excellent Thoroughly addresses issues related to subject matter
Structure and Flow 25%	Poor Proposal or plan is vague, disjointed, and shows no sense, structure, or flow. Confusing to read, difficult to understand.	Fair Proposal or plan makes general sense but requires some work to organize and structure in a logical and sensible manner.	Good Proposal or plan is well organized, and has a sensible flow and structure. Minor elements may need clarification but otherwise well made and ready for execution.	Excellent Proposal or plan is clear, concise, and has a logical structure and flow. Work shows deep consideration and understanding of the projects purpose.
Financial Analysis 30%	Poor Students have an incomplete or missing cost analysis. Student have little or no alternate funding sources for the project.	Fair Students do not have a full cost analysis for the project. Alternate funding sources for the project are limited.	Good Students provide a detailed explanation of the costs associated with the project. Students provide few details on the various sources for funding the project.	Excellent Students provide a detailed explanation of the costs associated with the project. Students provide specific details on various funding sources for the project.
