Playground Design

Shapes/Structure	Poor With help there is some success.	Fair One is able to figure out area and/or perimeter. Can apply it to their playground design.	Good Able to demonstrate how they designed their playground with area and perimeter and they playground makes sense.	Excellent Used area and perimeter to design their playground and they are able to show the formulas as to how they got it for example LxW.
Organization	Poor Does not know how to create the playground or has any idea of how to get area or the perimeter.	Fair Could create the shape for their playground and knew the basic of area and perimeter.	Good Created the playground based off of area and perimeter. Knew the formulas and how to apply them.	Excellent Used area and perimeter to create the playground and was able to show the formulas with their design. The playground design is organized and all of the math is accurate.
Group Involvment	Poor Did not participate at all.	Fair Did most or all of their part for design of playground. Did not go beyond what was given.	Good Completed their portion of group work and was able to do it successfully. Their part is accurate.	Excellent Not only to they complete their part but make sure others are doing theirs. Does more then what is asked even. Knows the math in their portion of project.
Presention	Poor Did not speak or have any knowledge.	Fair Spoke very little but went up with the group and tried.	Good Was able to explain their part of the playground design and had a good understanding on the topic.	Excellent Explained their part of project very thoroughly and successfully. They knew the math that was needed and how to explain to other students how they got the their numbers.
