Student Motivation	1 The student is not motivated, frequently does not want to attend speech sessions, and/or misses speech sessions.	2 The student is ambivalent to their speech/language skills: they don't mind attending speech sessions, but they do not put forth effort.	3 The student would like to continue speech sessions, but decrease the frequency of sessions.	4 The student would like to continue with speech services.
Parent Interest	1 The parent would prefer that the student be discontinued.	2 The parent has stated they do not have a preference either way.	3 The parent has indicated they would like their child to continue services, but decrease the frequency.	4 The parent would like their child to continue with speech services.
