Clarity	Poor All sentences were awkward and incomprehensible.	Fair Sentences were awkward and incomprehensible to understand at times.	Good Sentences were awkward at times but always understandable.	Excellent Sentences were clear and comprehensible.
Pronunciation	Poor Pronunciation was incomprehensible.	Fair Pronunciation made understanding difficult.	Good Pronunciation was understandable with some error.	Excellent Pronunciation was like a native speaker.
Sentence Structure	Poor Didn't use any complete sentences.	Fair Sentences are defined, but no other distinction. (i.e. statements and questions are the same)	Good Sentences are complete, have appropriate intonation, some extra emphasis.	Excellent Sentences are complete with extra feeling or emphasis in appropriate places.
Questions	Poor Didn't answer questions	Fair Answered 1 or 2 questions	Good Answered 3 or 4 questions	Excellent Answered all the questions.
