Many run-ons or fragments.
Capitalization/Puncutation	Excellent The student uses appropriate capitalization and punctuation.	Good The student has occasional capitalization and punctuation errors.	Fair Student has semi-frequent capitalization and punctuation errors.	Poor Student has little to no capitalization or punctuation.
