Repeated Addition	2 Student does not understand how to solve a repeated addition problem and cannot make a rectangular array.	3 Student can solve 50%-80% of the repeated addition problems and arrays.	4 Student can solve more then 80% of the repeated addition problems and can illustrate an array more than 80% of the time.
