Each student must come to group on time and prepared. The less ditractive the better.

This student did not come to group on time, was not queit when entering the group setting, and was not prepared to work. Verbal warnings were given and point sheet was marked accordingly. This student will have a time-out.

Two of the previous components are not being followed. No time-out issued but point sheet will be marked.

One of the previous components are not being followed.

Student was very prepared for group reading.
Follow directions

Not getting the job done

This student came to group very off task and when verbal warnings were given the student consistently did not follow directions and a time-out was assigned. The point sheet wasw also marked.
Needs help

After the verbal waring the student "buckled down" and became engaged in group reading. Point sheet was marked but no time-out was issued.
Well job done

The student came to group a little rambunctious but quickly got it together.
Great job done

This student followed all directions of the teacher or t.a.
Remain focused

Not getting the job done

While other students were reading this students was being very disruptive, trying to involove other peers. An automatic time-out was assigned and point sheet was marked accordingly.

This student was being off- task off and on during group and verbal warning were given and point sheet was marked. No time-out was issued.

This student started to get off- task but quickly got back on track.
Great job done

While others were reading the student was following along and new his/her place when it was time for him/her to read.
Leave group oderly

Not getting the job done

This student did not leave the group quietly, and in the order in which it was found. A verbal warning was given and if the child does not comply a time out will be given for not following directions, remaining on task, and being disrespectful.
Needs help

One of the previous components were missing and a verbal warning was given.
Well job done

Student left the group a little talkative but after verbal warning the student remained quiet.
Great job done

This student left the group orderly and quietly. No verbal warnings were issued.
