Contains All Class Notes	Exceeds Standards Notes are complete and written in chronological order, exactly the way they appear on the board.	Achieves Standards Notes are mostly complete but a few things need to be adjusted.	Approaching Standards Notes are not complete and are not in chronological order.	Area of Concern Several pages of notes are missing or notes are written in the wrong section.	No Evidence No class notes.
Writing is Neat and Legible	Exceeds Standards Obvious extra time and effort.	Achieves Standards Writing is neat and legible.	Approaching Standards Some writing is difficult to read.	Area of Concern Errors are obvious; neatness is lacking.	No Evidence Unable to read.
Appearance is Neat	Exceeds Standards Obvious extra time and effort. Everything is in order.	Achieves Standards Appearance is neat, but a few things need to be adjusted.
