How do key amendments to the U.S. Constitution protect Americans from the abuse of police power? Describe the 4th, 5th and 6th Amendments to the U.S. Constitution. Show how these amendments protect suspects and the accused. Describe one or more documents (pictures, cartoons, videos etc.) that we discussed in class and explain how they relate to the topic of this essay. Requirements: 2-3 neat hand printed pages. Essay format - Intro paragraph, Main body (2-3 paragraphs) and concluding paragraph.
