Safe Handwashing Steps
	ALL STEPS COMPLETED 4 pts	MOST STEPS COMPLETED 3 pts	SOME STEPS COMPLETED 2 pts	FEW STEPS COMPLETED 1 pts
Step 1 Complete all safe hand washing steps as required on World Health Organization poster.	ALL STEPS COMPLETED Student completes 100% process	MOST STEPS COMPLETED Student completes 95% - 90% process. Student repeats process to meet 100%	SOME STEPS COMPLETED Student completes 89 - 80% of process. Student repeats process to meet 100%	FEW STEPS COMPLETED Student completes less than 80% of hand washing steps completed. Unacceptable and student cannot participate in food production until all steps completed to meet 100%
Step 2 Use paper towel to turn off water faucet. Put on gloves immediately after safe hand washing steps.	ALL STEPS COMPLETED Student completes 100% process	MOST STEPS COMPLETED Student completes 95% process. Student repeats process to meet 100%	SOME STEPS COMPLETED Student completes 89 - 80% of process. Student repeats process to meet 100%	FEW STEPS COMPLETED Student completes less than 80% of hand washing steps completed.
