Personality Profile Kroc Profile Personality profile of a classmate. You had the time to interview them and find out what makes them tick. Now you are going to share that with everyone! There should be no issue with quotes, as you conducted the actual interview. Word count should be 600-700 words, BUT do not get lazy because we will be using these for an editing exercise. Quotes	Poor Less than five quotes were used AND none of the quotes stood alone.	Fair Less than five quotes were used OR at least one did not stand alone.	Good Five quotes were used AND all of them stood alone
Attribution	Poor When giving attribution to quotes using 'said' correctly is still an evident problem throughout the paper.	Fair MOST times attribution was done correctly with the use of 'said.'	Good All quotes were attributed with the correct use of 'said.'
Transitions	Poor Transitions had an obvious issue and did not lead into quotes with purpose.	Fair MOST quotes had strong transitions leading into them, but some missed the mark.	Good A clear grasp on how transitions should be used is evident and each transition led into a quote properly and a connection between the two was evident.
Introduction/Lead	Poor Lead was not well written, failed to grab reader's attention and did not relate to the profile.	Fair Lead was well written,and grabbed reader's attention, but lacked connection to what the profile actually highlighted.	Good Lead was interesting and grabbed the reader's attention. ALSO it related to what the profile was about.
Spelling/Style/Facts	Poor ALL spelling is TWO points each (THIS INCLUDES INCORRECTLY CAPITALIZED WORDS) and style errors are one point each (this includes missing commas PAY ATTENTION TO COMMAS IN ATTRIBUTION) Fact errors are 10 points every time.
