Exceptional Practices 100% safety on their own.
Shimmed and plumbed	Beginner 1/4" or more out of plumb	Developing Plumb within 1/8"	Accomplished Plumb within 1/16"	Exceptional Perfectly plumb.
Window sides are parallel a square	Beginner Out of square but gapped properly.	Developing square within 1/16" on the framing square.	Accomplished Perfectly square with a slight difference in gap.	Exceptional Perfectly squared and perfectly gapped.
