Too heavy or not enough of an ingredient. Too thin or to thick meaning the ingredient ratios were not measured properly.
Flavor With Salad Green

Good

Perfect compliment to the salad. Makes the flavor of the salad better.

Adds a somewhat good flavor the the salad but could be improved.

Lacks flavor and seasoning. Does not any type of compliment to the salad greens.
