Missed 2 or more classes. However, stayed up to date and caught up on all work. Although absent physically, was present and still in-the-know about all learned and discussed material.
Excellent = A

Missed as little sessions as physically possible. While in class, was always "present" in conversations and in listening. Made up for physical absence by catching up on work and always being active in class while present.
Preparation

makes spontaneous but uninformed comments, obvious that required pre-reading not completed.

Comments are informed but lack completeness of comprehensive preparation

Moderately, or somewhat applies learned information to daily life, but doesn't take extra step to change the way I think.

Applies knowledge from class into outside discussions and thinking. Ex. uses course knowledge to make changes in daily life.
