Labels	Poor The pictures have the wrong labels and are spelled incorrectly. The labels are unrecognizable.	Fair The pictures have some appropriate labels. The labels are recgonizable, but contain only a few spelling errors.	Good The pictures have the appropriate labels and are spelled correctly.
Explanation	Poor The student doesn't know or can't explain the relationship among a house, town, state and country.	Fair Student has some difficulty explaining the relationship among a house, town, state and country.	Good Students can correctly explain the relationship among a house, town, state and country.
