Fair Rebus is created using a phrase that is not in common usage and/or difficult to understand.	Good Rebus is created using a commonly understood phrase that appears in a dictionary of idioms/expressions.
Accuracy of Depiction	Poor One or more essential parts of the phrase is not represented by any element in the rebus puzzle.	Fair Most elements of the rebus puzzle are accurate representations of the words in the phrase.	Good Each element of the rebus puzzle serves to accurately represent a letter, syllable, or descriptor of the words in the phrase.
