Works Cited	Excellent The works cited page contains a minimum of three different sources.	Good The works cited page contains only two required sources instead of three.	Fair The works cited page contains one of the required sources instead of three.	Poor There is no works cited page.
Introduction	Excellent Your paper's introduction is brief but precise. It clearly tells the reader what your topic is and does so interestingly.	Good The introduction is serviceable, but may be too long or too short to set-up the thesis, or too far-ranging in purpose.	Fair The paper's introduction is too vague, too short, too full of errors (grammatical, factual, or stylistic) to be useful.	Poor Your research paper has no identifiable introduction.
Body Paragraphs	Excellent Each body paragraph clearly supports the thesis and follows logically from the one before it with good transition sentences. All body paragraphs are evident.
