Organization Ingredients, cooking equipment were ready to use.	Poor Student was not organized and there was confusion in preparing and serving the meal.	Fair There was some confusion but planning was good overall.	Good Cooking plan was well designed. Food was prepared and served in an orderly manner and on time.
Table Setting Diagram below shows a standard table setting.	Poor Table was not set or was not neatly arranged.	Fair No centerpiece but necessary utensils were available.	Good Table was set neatly and included a napkin and all utensils necessary for the foods served. Setting included a simple centerpiece.
Taste Would you want to eat from this cook again?	Poor Food was not appetizing, either burned or undercooked.	Fair Foods were not as hot or cold as they should be. Food was slightly over or under-cooked. Not well seasoned.	Good Hot foods were hot; cold foods were cold. Taste was good!
Clean Up Would you be satisfied with the job done if this was a hired helper?	Poor Cleanup was not well done.	Fair Student did a partial cleaning but there were areas that needed more work.	Good Student cleared table, washed dishes and cleaned counters and sink. All cooking areas were cleaned.
