Disruptive Behavior/Class Removal/Follow up Behavior and Participation This rubric will be used to evaluate how you remove yourself discreetly from the classroom when a tic episode comes on to a predesignated located. It will also assess your follow up with the classroom teacher and completion of work required. 	Excellent 3 pts	Good 2 pts	Fair 1 pts	Poor 0 pts
Behavior	Excellent Student SHOWED responsibility and respect, discreetly removing herself during a disruptive tic episode.	Good Student MOSTLY showed responsibility and respect, discreetly removing herself during a disruptive tic episode.	Fair Student OCCASIONALLY showed responsibility and respect discreetly removing herself during a disruptive tic episode.	Poor Student DID NOT show responsibility and respect, NOT discreetly removing herself during disruptive episode.
Follow Up/Work Completion	Excellent Student followed up with teacher and completed required work for class in a reasonable amount of time.	Good Student Student followed up with teacher and MOSTLY completed required work for class in a somewhat reasonable amount of time.	Fair Student Student followed up with teacher but did not complete required work in a reasonable amount of time.	Poor Student did not follow up with teacher after removing herself from class.
