4= Competent Responce	N/A Student somewhat understands the basic baking skills required in a kitchen, Is able to decorate cake with the basic shell border using the star tip.
3= Minor Flaws but Satisfactory	N/A Student is able to demonstarte an understanding of the concepts of Basic baking, weights and measures. Student is able to put a crumb coat on a cake and start to formulate shell border with some inconsistancies
2= Begins but is unable to complete	N/A Concept understanding is emerging although basic skills still need coaching. Some weights and measures are able to be identified.
1= Unable to Begin Effective	N/A Concept understanding has not begun. Student is unable to identify weights or measures. Student is also not able to properly crumb coat a cake.
