Newspaper Project 
Students are to create a one to two page newspaper, covering the novel Nothing but the Truth by Avi. The Newspaper should include a full summary of the plot, as well as other creative items such as pictures, gossip columns, editorials, advertisements, an open letter to Mr. Malloy, a theme discussion, and a personal journal entry reflecting on freedom, relationships, and truth.

Considerable amount of effort and creativity has been put forth. Newspaper includes at least one report per assignment as well as additional student generated created components.

Obvious amounts of effort have been made. Newspaper is complete with an accurate report of the events in the novel. Includes pictures, commentary and other student-generated creative components.
