All toes on floor. Ankles don't roll inward/outward.<BR> Knees face directly over toes. Legs turned out from hips. Knees straight.<BR> Hips aligned w/ center of feet. Shoulders pulled down, kept wide & flat. Torso engaged. Chest lifted w/out allowing ribs to stick out. Neck relaxed & chin held up.
