Swing	level 1 Can not strike ball. Can not properly hold club as taught. Can not swing club back and forward	Level 2 Shows average ability to strike ball and hit forward. Can hold club properly. Can swing club back, forward and strike ball	Level 3 Can drive ball forward and straight. Shows the ability to adjust stance and swing for different distances.
Putting	level 1 Does not show basic skills of judging slope or length of putt. Can not land put within 10 feet after 5 tries. Can not properly hold club or stand in a comfortable manner while putting.	Level 2 Shows average ability of judging slope and length Can stop putt within 10 feet at least 2 times in 5 tries. Holds club properly and stands in a comfortable manner.	Level 3 Can accurately judge putts. Can make 2 of 5 putts
Chipping	level 1 Can not strike ball. Can not lift ball from ground.	Level 2 Can strike ball and move forward while lifting it in the air.	Level 3 Can strike ball and accurately judge distance and range of shot.
