Plan shows a very clear workout plan of what you were doing during the class. A good workout plan would include multiple exercises, the number of sets and reps and is very organized and detailed. You talk about the goals you wanted to accomplish during the course of the semester.

There may be 1, but something isn't complete. You're missing a cited source or your articles don't appear to have much reason or substance for your Personal Fitness Plan.
