Ancient Greece Rubric Part A

Content Knowledge	1 The students did not write information on the given topic	2 The students wrote something but not enough to explain the main points	3 The student is at ease with the content but fails to elaborate on the required topics	4 The student demonstrates full knowledge of the content (more than required) and includes the necessary information.
Presentation/Neatness	1 The project shows little creativity overall and appears to be a last-minute effort. Missing much of the requirements	2 The project has three or four areas that are sloppy; shows some creativity but is lacking overall. May be missing required photos	3 The project has one or two areas that are sloppy; shows a satisfactory level of creativity, some photos may be missing	4 Neatly done; shows an excellent level of creativity & reflects the research & attention to detail expected. Labels are typed, on const. paper, all photos of original structure and students are included
Spelling/Grammar	1 The project has many spelling and/or grammatical errors	2 The project has several spelling and/or grammatical errors	3 The project has one or two spelling and/or grammatical errors	4 The project has no spelling and/or grammatical errors
Effort	1 The student did not complete the project in a satisfactory manner	2 The student completed the project, but it lacks finishing touches or can be improved upon with more effort	3 The student completed all parts of the project, but did not go beyond the basic requirements	4 The student's project shows an effort beyond the requirements for the project
