Comic Creator Comic Creator Create a ten panel comic or a ten screen movie. Use capitals and complete sentences with ending punctuation. Form	Excellent The comic/movie has a title, uses word bubbles or sentences to show what the character is thinking or saying. In each frame: speech, thought, or caption bubbles.	Very Good The comic/movie has a title, uses word bubbles or sentences to show what the character is thinking or saying. In at least three frames: speech, thought, or caption bubbles.	Fair The comic/movie has a title, uses word bubbles or sentences to show what the character is thinking or saying. In at least two frames: speech, thought, or caption bubbles.	Poor The comic/movie has a title, but uses no word bubbles or sentences to show what the character is thinking or saying. No: speech, thought, or caption bubbles.
Content	Excellent All content throughout the comic strip/movie is accurate. There are no factual errors.	Very Good Most of the content is accurate but there is one piece of information that might be inaccurate.	Fair The content is generally accurate, but two or more pieces of information are clearly flawed or inaccurate.	Poor Content is typically confusing or contains more than two factual errors.
Sequencing of Information	Excellent Information is organized in a clear, logical way. It is easy to anticipate the content might be on the next section.	Very Good Most information is organized in a clear, logical way. One section or item of information seems out of place.	Fair Some information is logically sequenced. An occasional section or item of information seems out of place.	Poor There is no clear plan for the organization of information.
Originality	Excellent Comic/movie shows considerable originality and creativity. The content and ideas are presented in a unique and interesting way.	Very Good Comic/movie shows some originalilty and creativity. The content and ideas are presented in an interesting way.	Fair Comic/movie shows an attempt at originality and creativity.	Poor Comic/movie is a copy of other people's ideas and/or graphics and shows very little attempt at original thought.
Spelling and Grammar	Excellent Comic/movie has no misspellings or grammatical errors.	Very Good Comic/movie has 1-2 misspellings, but no grammatical errors.	Fair Comic/movie has 1-2 grammatical errors but no mispellings.	Poor Comic/movie has more than 2 grammatical and/or spelling errors.
