N She/he Needs Improvement following both written and oral directions.
Responds to Authority Responds appropriately to authortiy.	+ He/she does an Exceptional job responding appropriately to authority. He/she acknowledges and responds to the person of authority while talking to him/her. In addition, the student follows through on the objective of the discussion.	S He/she does an Satisfactory job responding appropriately to authority. He/she acknowledges and/or responds to the person of authority while talking to him/her. In addition, the student may follow through on the objective of the discussion.	I He/she is Improving or functions below the satisfactory level when responding appropriately to authority. He/she struggles to acknowledge and/or respond to the person of authority while talking to him/her. In addition, the student will struggle to follow through on the objective of the discussion.	N He/she Needs Improvement responding appropriately to authority. He/she doesn't acknowledge and/or respond to the person of authority while talking to him/her.
