Student Teacher taught with great confidence, clear concise counts and used teaching methods such as 'I go you go', taught 4 counts at a time, pace was fluent.

Student Teacher was not kind or patient; showed little effort to correct OR offer any feedback.

Student Teacher gave some feedback but could have given more praise and/or corrections to ensure dancers performing the exercise(s) to the best of their ability.

Student Teacher gave necessary criticism and feedback to the group as well as individuals. Student Teacher also made sure to offer praise where deemed and appropriate.

Student Teacher showed no effort in managing the class. Mrs. S had to step in to assist more than once.

Student Teacher did not attempt to quiet the class; the noise level was inappropriate and Mrs. S had to step in to assist with managing the class.

Student Teacher was organized but some dancers seemed unengaged and talked a bit.

Student Teacher organized the class with clear direction that fit the size the class as well as fitting the needs of the dancers and their behavior and ability. The dancer's behavior was exemplary.
