Psychomotor- Jumping Jacks The student performs jumping jacks using the correct form/technique (standing right with feet together, jumps and spreads feet, brings arms over head, bring feet back together and arms back down to their side)	Poor	Fair	Good	Excellent
Psychomotor- pushups The student performs pushups using the correct from/technique (lies flat on stomach and place hands under shoulders, pushes up and keeps body straight, come done and chest touches the ground before proceeding to the next pushup)	Poor	Fair	Good	Excellent
