Tempo	Highly Effective Student maintained a steady tempo throughout	Effective Student mostly maintained a steady tempo throughout, with one or two hesitations	Developing Student stopped playing at one point. -or- Student hesitated multiple times.	Beginning Student stopped playing multiple times. -or- Tempo was very inconsistent because of hesitations.	Not Using Student was unable to complete the piece
