	Poor (N/A)	Fair (N/A)	Good (N/A)	Excellent (N/A)
Subject Knowledge	Poor Group does not have grasp of information; cannot answer questions about subject.	Fair Group is uncomfortable with information and is able to answer only rudimentary questions.	Good Group is at ease with expected answers to all questions, but fails to elaborate.	Excellent Group demonstrates full knowledge (more than required) by answering all questions with explanations and elaboration.
Organization	Poor Audience cannot understand presentation because there is no sequence of information.	Fair Audience has difficulty following presentation because it is somewhat disorganized.	Good Group presents information in logical sequence which audience can follow.	Excellent Group presents information in logical, interesting sequence which audience can follow.
Mechanics	Poor Presentation lacks clarity and enthusiasm.	Fair Presentation has occasional clarity and enthusiasm.	Good Presentation has some enthusiasm and cohesion.	Excellent Presentation is animated and clear.
Graphics	Poor Group uses superfluous graphics or no graphics	Fair Group occasionally uses graphics that rarely support campaign message and presentation.	Good Graphics relate to message and presentation.	Excellent Graphics explain and reinforce the idea and presentation.
