	Poor 1 pts	Fair 2 pts	Good 3 pts
Starting Position	Poor Uneven grip that is not centered over chest	Fair Starting form is missing some components	Good Feet shoulder width apart, knees slightly outward. Grip is shoulder width with arms outside of knees.
Form	Poor Student fails to show any control in form.	Fair Body somewhat out of control, lacks some of the components required for a "good" score.	Good Students maintains slightly arched back, student lifts with the legs, and keeps good center of gravity. Body shows complete control throughout movement.
