Job Completion Solid work ethic from start to finish on an engine head re-conditioning assignment.	Excellent The job was 100% complete and worked according to the task description.	Good	Fair The job was complete but did not work; needed several minor modifications to work properly.	Poor	Unacceptable The job was incomplete and did not work.
Engine Head Inspection	Excellent Follows directions to the letter. Uses tools and repair manual properly to access OEM specifications.	Good Follows directions well and generally knows how the tools are used. Spec books are used with minimal direction.	Fair Moderately follows directions and needs guidance on daily procedures.	Poor Did not follow directions well and needs direct supervision to ensure that head components are inspected properly.	Unacceptable Did not appear concerned with directions and watches while others perform an engine head inspection.
