Meaning and Originality T/I = ____ / 5	Level 1 (50-59%) The poem is not creative, and appears to be rushed. This is evident in too obvious meaning and a lack of originality.	Level 2 (60-69%) The poem is creative, but appears to be rushed. This is evident in the poet's redundancy or use of cliches.	Level 3 (70-79%) Poem is thoughtful and creative. A couple of phrases or ideas may be revisited, but the overall product is carefully written.	Level 4 (80-100%) Poem is creative and original. It is evident that the poet put thought into their words and innovatively conveyed their ideas and emotions.
Form K/U = ____ / 5	Level 1 (50-59%) Poem strays significantly from proper form.	Level 2 (60-69%) Poem strays somewhat from proper form, but form is still identifiable.	Level 3 (70-79%) Poem is mostly written in the proper forms.	Level 4 (80-100%) Poem is complete and follows its intended form.
