Video/Interview Video/Interview Students will create a video by answering the interview questions given last week. You will answer the questions as if you were in an actual interview. 	Excellent 20 pts	Good 15 pts	Fair 10 pts	Poor 0 pts
Presence	Excellent Voice, behavior, and setting reflect the objective of the activity	Good Student has elements of ,voice, and behavior.	Fair Only one of the following are evident: student has elements of voice, and behavior.	Poor Student did not attempt to incorporate elements of voice and behavior.
Quality	Excellent Student clearly defines each soft skills and demonstrates proficiency in it.	Good Student lists 1-2 soft skills clearly in the video	Fair Student mentions soft skills but fails to form connection or demonstrate proficiency	Poor Student does not mention soft skills or fails to organize thoughts clearly.
Production	Excellent Volume and visual presentation are excellent.	Good Volume and visual presentation are adequate.	Fair Volume and visual presentation are occasionally inconsistent.	Poor Volume and visual presentation are inadequate.
