Yoga Rubric

This rubric will help educators assess students' performing 90 degree push-ups. Each student will do 10 push-ups while their partner videos and evaluates them.

Yoga is a total body strengthening and stretching activity, built on a foundation of ethics and personal discipline. Students will be given information applying to their overall level of Yoga fitness, strength,flexibility, breathing technique and fitness development as part of a healthy lifestyle. Students will apply the information and poses to their daily lives to insure an optimal level of health.

RHYTHM DANCE PERFORMANCE RUBRIC

10th skill assessment on fundamentals of an Overhead pass (The Toss/Set) in volleyball. Students will rate and score their peer's mechanics of the forearm pass.
