The students have to read a film review about the movie ‘’War of the Worlds’’ and then they have to write a film review (130-150 words) about their favorite movie for an online magazine including the same kind of information as the review they already read.

Objectives of the lesson: At the end of the lesson SWBAT give a personal description orally The Ss have to prepare an oral presentation about themselves for applying for a scholarship to go and study to another country, including the following information: their names, hometowns, ages, their school and family, hobbies, interests and sports and a description of their personality. They need to use the vocabulary they have seen in the past lessons and the modifying adverbs (a little, not at all, quite, really, slightly, very).
