This rubric is to be used to write a reflective essay over the Project Implicit Test Your Hidden Bias and Chapter 2. Reflection over the material and how you internalize the information for yourself is expected to be reflected within the essay. Specific points to reflect upon have been presented throughout the slides provided, activities, the two short films (Stigma The Hidden Cost of Obesity and America By Numbers Surviving Year One.

Write a 2-3 page review of each chapter (5 - 15) in Part II Coaching psychology: approaches in the Handbook of Coaching Psychology, A Guide for Practitioners textbook. Your final draft should be between 22 - 33 pages, typed, 1.5 space, including headings and sub-headings. See syllabus for fully instructions.

Interview three Wellcoaching clients by developing ten strength-based, open-ended questions to use in your interview. Prepare a 3-5 page report that includes a brief case study of each client (do not use their real names), purpose of the questions, and client responses. Connect client questions and responses with information learned from the text and assignments 1 & 2. Write an additional 1-2 pages discussing what your learned from the client interviews to your experience of being coached.

Locate existing research and theoretical writings pertinent to the effectiveness of coaching on positive, long-term health changes and goal acquisition. Find two to three empirical (data-based) articles that addresses this topic. Describe the articles you reviewed, its methods and findings, strengths and weaknesses. Identify and define research questions to navigate your search in gaining greater clarity and understanding of the field of coaching psychology and positive health outcomes.

Maintain a reflective journal on the group Wellcoaching/Nutrition E-M-L sessions. There should be at least 12 entries (one per week/1 typed page per entry). What connections to the readings/group discussions did you observe? How did you assist? As you type the reflections, include the terminology presented on the group sessions, readings and/or instructor discussions. Make sure you provide your own thoughts, critique, and reflections on the experience.

Develop a health promotion program website using WIX free website template. Create at least four pages detailing information about your program, program services, tips and resources. You have full creative freedom to show me what you have learned from the health communication chapter in how to reach your priority group. This includes what you deem as valuable and important information on your website. Take full ownership of this project as if it really were your non-profit business.
